We could not have made it through the tough impasses without your ingenuity and persuasiveness.  You kept us all engaged and the late-night calls and availability during the weekends were above and beyond your call of duty.  We have not yet fully finalized the settlement but I expect we will get it done.  We have your persistence and diplomacy to thank. I wanted to let you know that the settlement was signed a few days and the funds should be disbursed shortly.  Your work in bringing this matter to a conclusion was nothing short of miraculous.
